Agreement to Terms
By accessing www.youravenues.com (the “Site”) or engaging our services, you (the “User”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”) and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
Use License
Avenues Education Consulting LLC (“Avenues”, “we”, “us”, “our”) grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view and temporarily download one copy of Site materials for personal, non-commercial, temporary use. You may not:
Modify or copy content;
Use content for commercial purposes;
Reverse-engineer or decompile any software;
Remove copyright or trademark notices;
Mirror the materials on any other server.
Intellectual Property
All Site content—including text, graphics, logos, videos, and the “Avenues Education Consulting” name and logo—is owned by Avenues or its licensors and protected.
Educational Consulting Disclaimer
Avenues provides editorial feedback, strategic advice, and consulting services in the education field. We do not write essays or applications on your behalf. We do not guarantee acceptances to any school, program, or scholarship. We do not guarantee any scores on any examinations. Outcomes depend on many factors beyond our control, and we seek only to provide our opinons developed through our experiences.
No Affiliation with Other Educational Institutions
Avenues Education Consulting LLC is an independent consultancy and is not endorsed by, affiliated with, or approved by the Ivy League, College Board, ACT, any university, or any governmental agency. Our members and employees may disclose their personal educational affiliations.
Payments and Refunds
Fees, payment schedules, and refund eligibility are detailed in individual service agreements or invoices. Unless otherwise specified clearly in writing, all sales and payments to Avenues Education Consulting LLC are final.

Any links to external websites are provided for convenience only. Avenues Education Consulting LLC is not responsible for the content or accuracy or security of third-party sites.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and its materials are provided “as is”. Avenues makes no warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be error-free or uninterrupted.
Limitation of Liability

In no event will our total liability exceed the amount paid by you to Avenues Education Consulting LLC in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Governing Law and Forum
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Haven County, Connecticut, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any signed service agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and Avenues Education Consulting LLC regarding the Site and services, and supersede all prior understandings
