    3. Internet activity: Including but not limited to log files, browser type, pages viewed, time spent, referring site. These data are provided automatically.

    4. Professional or educational information: Including but not limited to GPA, test scores, coursework, activities, resumé excerpts. These data are provided by the User.

    5. Geolocation (coarse): Information derived from the IP address. These data are provided automatically.

      We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent (see § 9).

  3. Legal Bases for Processing

    We process personal data when it is: (a) necessary to perform a contract with you; (b) based on your consent; (c) required to comply with legal obligations; or (d) justified by our legitimate interests (e.g., improving services, protecting the Site).

    We do not knowingly solicit or collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have done so inadvertently, please contact us for prompt deletion.
